• 4 medium-sized carrots
• 2 big-sized cucumber bunches
• Two cups of green beans
• Salad cream (you can use the BAMA mayonnaise or any other good one available)
• Lettuce leaves
• A medium-sized cabbage
• 1/2 cup of green peas (this is optional)
• A can of baked beans
• Boiled eggs (this is optional)
• Beef, sardines or boiled fish.
Remember to either divide or double these ingredients depending on the estimated number of people you are preparing the vegetable salad for as well as their assumed stomach sizes. The general composition of a vegetable salad is 50% of cabbage, 30% of carrots and green beans, 5 to 10% of cucumber and the remaining 10% are made up of other ingredients like eggs, lettuce leaves and the salad cream.

After the first round of sprinkling, repeat this process over and over again until they all enter into the container. It is mixed this way in order to ensure that the salad ingredients are neatly distribute equally all over the whole container.
• Now, slice your boiled egg and place them neatly on to of the salad mixture for decoration and garnishing purposes.
• You can them preserve it inside a refrigerator and subsequently do the final mixing when you dish out the salad to customers or package them in wait-and-take plates. As you do so, add the baked beans and the salad cream and baked beans.
