Nothing sells as fast as ready-made food and delicacies. People always like relaxing their minds, making themselves comfortable and having a good time enjoying their favourite foods. A man can spend all he earned in a day just to eat a food that he considers so special in his life. Most people will will tell you that there is not much time in the world and life is too short to for them to restrain themselves from enjoying their favourite meals and dishes when they have the capacity of doing so.

One of such locally made delicacies which people are always fond of consuming in large quantities is the roasted plantain meal enhanced into a real time diet with cooked beans mixed with other condiments and ingredients. When I was once lived in Asaba the capital city of Delta state in Nigeria, no single day will ever pass me by without me buying. And eating this dish from a lady who prepares it at the nearest junction to my personal residence. When I eventually packed out of the state for a greener pasture, the food was one of the things I missed so much about the state and the memory is still as fresh as ever in my head even as I am talking to you right now. Then, I was an eater and a consumer of the meal but right now, I am finding the need to motivate people to go into the business line because it is a sure and promising way to guarantee yourself an enormous financial success within a very short period of time.

You can start this business by finding a good and busy spot. Construct your fire place there and buy unripe plantain bunches in bulk from the sellers at cheap prices. Roast them on the fire and cook your beans (preferably the small-sized brown coloured and tasty beans commonly called the 'Oloka' beans). Prepare your palm oil sauce adding salt to taste, enough pepper, onions, utazi leaves and other ingredients as you may need. Buy take-away foils for packaging the food for your customers and if they like eating on the spot, you can make a provision for a space where you will place seats and tables for them to enjoy their meal. Roast fishes and meat (preferably the roasted and cooked outer cow skin). They make a very good combination and diet when mixed up with the roasted plantain and beans.

Sell your dish and make money from your customers who will keep on coming back over and over again to your spot to patronise you if only you are good at preparing the dish. It is as simple as the alphabets. Meet an experienced cook for just a 2-days mentorship in the field and you will surely become an expert on your own in a matter of few days.
