Insurance Broker Annual Fee
Every Broker shall pay an Annual Licence Fee as follows:
The Amount of annual license fee payable per annum by a Direct Insurance Broker is a sum calculated at the rate of 0.50 per cent of the remuneration earned in the preceding financial year subject to minimum of INR 25000 and maximum of INR 100000
The Amount of annual license fee payable per annum by a Reinsurance broker is a sum calculated at the rate of 0.50 per cent of the remuneration earned in the preceding financial year subject to minimum of INR 75000 and maximum of INR 300000
The Amount of annual license fee payable per annum by a Composite Broker is a sum calculated at the rate of 0.50 per cent of the remuneration earned in the preceding financial year subject to minimum of INR 125000 and maximum of INR 500000
