Troubleshooting Amazon Prime Music
Amazon Prime Members enjoy exclusive access to Amazon Prime Music, Songs and Albums as soon as they grab their memberships. However, an Amazon Prime Member may loose access to the Amazon Prime Music catalog for any of these reasons stated below:
(1). Available Amazon Prime Music selection of songs and albums always change from time to time. Occasionally, new music and titles are added to the Amazon Prime Music catalog and occasionally too, songs and titles are removed from the Amazon Prime Music Catalog. Whenever Songs and albums are removed, they will be greyed out and you will no longer be able to play them back using the Amazon Music App even though they will still be displayed in your Amazon Music Library. However, you can still purchase the song or album from Amazon.com's Digital Music Store if it is still available so as to regain full access to it once more.
(2). You will automatically loose access to all the Amazon Prime Music which you have added to your music library as soon as your Amazon Prime membership expires, you'll lose access to the Prime Music you've added to your music library. Even though Amazon Prime music will still be displayed in your music library, you can lo longer play the back because they have been greyed out already. But you can still re-activate your Amazon prime Membership to regain access to the music in your Amazon Prime Music Library. Also, you can make an outright purchase of the song or album directly from the Amazon.com's full site Digital Music Store if it is available there so as to regain access to the song or album.
(3). If for 30 days you do not use the Amazon prime Music App when you are connected to a Wireless Network then, you cannot play back any Amazon prime music which you have downloaded to your mobile device anymore through the Amazon Prime App. Even though you will see these Amazon Prime titles in your Prime music library, you will not have access to them again because they have been greyed out certainly.
However, you can still regain access to the Title in your library if they are still available in the Amazon Prime Music catalog simply by using the Amazon Music App online. After you reconnect, it may take you up to 10 minutes to regain access to downloaded music.
If you sign out from Amazon Music App then, all the Amazon Prime Music and songs and albums you have downloaded for offline playback will be automatically deleted from your device.
So bear these vital points in mind as you enjoy and access the Amazon Prime Music for fun.
Cheers!
