Amazon Prime and Amazon Student Prime Membership Fee Changes

Since it was introduced barely 9 years ago, the Amazon Prime has recorded an increase in its Membership fee for the first time. While Existing Amazon Prime members will pay $99 per year for their annual membership renewal, Amazon Student Prime members will pay an annual membership fee of $49 only.

However, the Amazon Prime Fresh membership fee remains unchanged at an annual renewal fee of $299 only.

Notifications of this increment in membership fees have already been sent to all Amazon Prime members as well as the Amazon Student Prime members.

Moreover, all Current members will still receive and enjoy all the Amazon Prime benefits which includes unlimited FREE Two-Day Shipping for all eligible purchases, unlimited streaming with Prime Instant Videos, Amazon prime movies and TV shows, Amazon prime music, and the ability and access to borrow books freely from the Amazon Kindle Owners' Lending Library.
