The term 'ICT' is a modern term and acronym which stands for Information and Communications Technology. And to facilitate the process more, the young and dynamic ebullient man promised that ICT training centres will be put up across the 6 Nigerian Geo-Political zones so as to bring the opportunity closer to all and sundry. He even recognized the fact that a critical success factor for the national economy to thrive positively and competitively both at the international and domestic level is not just the ICT but having a very good number of internal personnel well-versed in the field so as to propel businesses forward.
